Bid goodbye to our old billing emails, ‘cause a new update is just an email away. Starting this May 2023, our new password-protected bills are gonna be extra-secure and extra doppelganger-proof. Now only you or your accountant can see your billing. Isn’t that just great?

Our latest security upgrade will require a unique password from you to access your SOA/Bills/invoices. This will be a combination of your birthday in DDMMYYYY + last 4 alphanumeric characters of Passport (Lower case). 

Example: If your DOB is 25th Dec 1995 and your Passport is P5xxx878B, your password will be 25121995878B.

So check your identification, documents, etc. ‘Cause this is one set of numbers you’ll tattoo in your brain forever. :)
