Mayordoma® is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice pertaining to property management. We provide information and software and you are responsible for appropriately using the material.
Here at Mayordoma, we are committed to providing you quality service to both of landlords and freelancers – cleaners, errand boys, caregivers, staffs alike – suitable services and products, and prompt services in a fair and ethical manner.
Our Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy is collectively called “Terms”).
Your use of this site is subject to our Terms of Use, Disclaimer, Policy Prohibiting Discrimination and Privacy Policy. You should consider reading Responsible Hosting in the Philippines. Once you’re booked please read our End-to-end Mayordoma Management. (Please ask us for the password to access.) You should review these Terms in full yourself.
To protect and preserve professionalism on hospitality and hosting the following you agreed to abide with. This is made simply not to burden parties for home owners and Mayordoma team and services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using the Mayordoma program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please note of these Terms of Service contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver that applies to all Mayordoma Members. If your Country of Residence (as defined below) is the Philippines, or where your condominium / apartment unit is in the Philippines, this provision applies to all disputes with Mayordoma. If your Country of Residence is outside of the Philippines, this provision applies to any action you bring against Mayordoma in the Philippines. It affects how disputes with Mayordoma are resolved. By accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by this arbitration clause and class action waiver. Please read it carefully. The document is live and updated as and when needed. Please read it from time to time.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Mayordoma (as defined below) governing your access to and use of the Mayordoma program, FB Page, Airbnb, website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Mayordoma makes its services available (collectively, “Site”), our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces (collectively, “Application”) and all associated services (collectively, “Mayordoma Services”). The Site, Application and Mayordoma Services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Mayordoma Platform”. Our Host Guarantee Terms, Guest Refund Policy, Nondiscrimination Policy and other Policies applicable to your use of the Mayordoma Platform are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
When these Terms mention “Mayordoma,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the Mayordoma you are contracting with. Your contracting entity will generally be determined based on your Country of Residence. Your “Country of Residence” is the jurisdiction associated with your Mayordoma Account as determined by either your express selection or by Mayordoma’s assessment of your residence using various data attributes associated with your Mayordoma Account.

The Services use experimental technology and may sometimes provide inaccurate or offensive content that doesn’t represent Google’s views.
Use discretion before relying on, publishing, or otherwise using content provided by the Services.
