For Airbnb management, our offer involves a range of services, including listing the property, managing bookings and reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing support to guests during their stay. There is a charge on any asset/property under management and a percentage of any profits made.


In terms of operations, as a co-host, we typically start with creating a listing on the Airbnb website, which includes a description of the property, photos, and pricing information. We may also set minimum stay requirements, check-in and check-out times, and other rules and guidelines for guests. Once the property is listed, the we will then handle incoming inquiries and booking requests, and will manage the reservation process for guests.


During the guest's stay, we will be responsible for ensuring that the property is clean and well-maintained, and will provide support to guests as needed. This may include responding to questions or concerns, handling maintenance issues or repairs, and addressing any other issues that arise during the guest's stay. We may also coordinate with cleaning services (on-group or sub-con), maintenance providers, and other vendors to ensure that the property is properly maintained and serviced.


In terms of marketing, as Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms have become increasingly popular in recent years, we use a variety of strategies to market properties. One of the most effective strategies is to create an attractive listing on the Airbnb website, which includes high-quality photos, a detailed description of the property, and clear pricing and booking information. Airbnb co-host

As an Airbnb co-host, we assist the primary host in managing an Airbnb rental property. We are responsible for various tasks related to the rental property. The following are the functions of a co-host:


Listing Management: We are responsible for creating and maintaining an Airbnb listing for the rental property. This includes creating a description of the property, setting pricing and availability, uploading photos, and managing reservations.


Communication: We handle all communication with guests, including answering questions, providing information about the property and local area, info about safety, and responding to booking requests and inquiries.


Check-In and Check-Out: We coordinate with guests to arrange check-in and check-out times, providing access to the property, and conducting a walkthrough of the property with guests upon arrival and departure.


Property Management: We are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the rental property, including cleaning and maintenance. We hire and manage cleaning and maintenance services, and oversee the scheduling of repairs and other services.


Guest Support: We provide support to guests during their stay, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, such as lost keys, appliance malfunctions, or noise complaints.


Financial Management: We are responsible for managing the finances of the rental property, including collecting rent payments, handling refunds, and managing expenses related to cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. We encourage landlords to make their utility bills bills payment an automated one (e.g auto debit arrangements).


Marketing: We can also be responsible for marketing the rental property to attract guests. This includes creating social media contents and posts, managing online listings, and other marketing activities.


Overall, we play an essential role in managing a successful long term or Airbnb rental property. By taking care of many of the day-to-day tasks associated with renting out a property, we can help to ensure that the property is well-maintained, guests are satisfied, and the rental income is maximized.
