In Mayordoma, at the onset of the pandemic, we aim to make it simple for the operations be it airbnb or long term. So we design the process for airbnb as is (no need to redesign the wheel thing). And for long term tenancy, similarly, with the simple market category of high-income, working class income , and students market, we derive our operations with much of self service style having it experienced with three parties: landlord, tenant and property managers/brokers be economical and sustainable.
